A combined 12 years of experience in working for the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation in Texas and California, Noe Garza's experience and knowledge obtained, have been invaluable.  Familiarity  with the department’s right-of-way manual and with the County’s right-of-way requirements give NGE Inc. an advantage in prompt and accurate design evaluation.

Combined with experience in other disciplines, NGE Inc.  can incorporate sewer line, and storm line design.

 
One of NGE Inc. largest road projects was a $2.4 Million City of San Juan Street Improvement Project.  NGE Inc. prepared the plans and specifications and inspected the construction of a drainage, street curb and gutter, and paving project for the entire City of San Juan.  It amounted to 33 miles of streets.
