Engineering excellence is the very basis in which I established a strong and prosperous engineering firm, Noe Garza Engineers, Inc.  Over the years, Noe Garza Engineers, Inc. has gained the reputation of a leading firm because of the experience, diversity, and proficiency the firm has provided to its clients. 

As Civil Engineer, with a strong emphasis in structural engineering, I have used my broad spectrum of skills in modern urban planning, site feasibility studies, utilities analysis, street and drainage projects, wastewater improvement projects, and structural projects. 

To compliment the long established services in civil engineering and structural engineering, I have combined my experience with help of the latest technology in computer aided design and analysis.  As a professional engineer, I am aware of the importance of safe and workable design details and construction techniques to carry out successful projects.

I believe good governmental liaison is essential in carrying out successful projects.  Due to my extensive past experience as City Engineer and Assistant City Manager, I am well versed in administrative requirements on projects set by School districts, State, County, and Cities.  It is necessary to fulfill the particular requirements and desires of each unit of government.  Coordinating with cities, counties, and state agencies for a competitive and economical bidding process is very important.  A successful project is a result of team effort. 

I also believe that along with good governmental liaison, it is important to consult and acquire the help of other professionals.  I have worked with other professionals such as electrical engineers, architects, sociologists, and other environmental professionals.  The result is a project that is in compliance with codes and practices, proper land use, and the environment.
